A boat trip on Lake Altaussee in the Styrian Salzkammergut is a unique leisure experience for the whole family, for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. On board Austria’s 1st solar-powered boat, which glides silently across the lake, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dachstein glacier, the Loser and the village of Altaussee. Ideal in combination with a hike along the lakeshore or a culinary stop at the Seelounge 712 or the Seewiese. Visit our boat rental directly at the Madlmaier landing stage or let yourself be steered across the lake on our traditional “Loser” flatboat.
